Oddstory Brewing Co. – Central is a brewery, restaurant, and beer garden in Chattanooga built around the idea of the traditional beer hall as a social gathering place. The brewery produces a broad range of styles while emphasizing a balance between established brewing traditions and experimentation. Central’s taproom is intentionally designed without televisions, replacing them with abundant greenery, communal tables, swing seating, and a large outdoor area that includes a designated family space. Food is handled by Oddstory’s Anomaly kitchen, which takes inspiration from street-food traditions from around the world and adapts them into its own menu. Well-behaved dogs are permitted on the patio and in the beer garden, making the outdoor space especially useful for visitors planning a longer stop.
