Hello Monty

Hello Monty is a neighborhood restaurant and brewery in Chattanooga’s Southside, built around wood-fired American cooking and beer brewed on site. Brothers Rob and Clay Gentry, lifelong Chattanoogans with backgrounds in the restaurant and brewing industries, created the concept as a gathering place for the surrounding neighborhood. Its in-house operation, Dynamo Brewing & Beverage, produces beers served directly from the tanks, complementing a food menu centered on open-flame cooking in custom coal ovens. Guests can choose from the bar, dining room, porch, or open-air yard, giving the property a mix of indoor and outdoor seating. Hello Monty is particularly suited to visitors looking for a full meal alongside house-brewed beer rather than a traditional taproom-only experience. Reservations are recommended, though walk-in seating is also available.
