Schulz Bräu Brewing Company is a German-focused brewery and biergarten in Knoxville, built around traditional Bavarian beer styles and a large, immersive gathering space. Its lineup centers on classics such as Helles, Dunkel, Hefeweizen, Pilsner, Kölsch, and other German-style lagers and ales. The property includes an indoor bierhall, a mezzanine, and a spacious outdoor biergarten furnished in part with tables and chairs imported from Germany, including retired Oktoberfest furniture. Schulzes Schnitzel Kitchen extends the theme with schnitzel, sausages, pretzels, and other Bavarian dishes. With extensive indoor and outdoor seating, Schulz Bräu is geared as much toward the traditional beer-hall experience as it is toward the beer itself.
