Iron Forge Brewing Company is a brewery and restaurant in Sevierville, set along the Little Pigeon River in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. Opened in 2023, the brewery takes its name from an iron forge established on the river around 1820, connecting the modern business to the area’s early industrial history. The Sevierville location combines an indoor taproom with an outdoor patio and enclosed biergarten overlooking the river and surrounding mountains. Beer is brewed in-house, with a lineup that spans lagers, IPAs, wheat beer, and other styles, while the kitchen serves a full food menu rather than relying solely on snacks or visiting food trucks. Iron Forge also operates a Knoxville taproom at Covenant Health Park.
