MFS Brewing

MFS Brewing, also known as Memphis Filling Station, is a small-batch brewery and taproom in downtown Memphis. Founders Heather Reed and Bryan Berretta began brewing together after years of supporting local beer events, eventually developing a lineup built around both traditional styles and more experimental flavor combinations. The brewery opened its downtown taproom in 2024, using an open-concept layout that keeps the brewing area visible from the bar and seating space. MFS’s beer catalog ranges from pilsners, IPAs, and wheat beers to stouts and specialty variations incorporating fruit, coffee, spices, and other ingredients. Its compact setting and rotating small-batch approach make it especially suited to visitors interested in seeing the production side of a working urban brewery.
