Flyway Brewing Company’s Memphis taproom is located in the Edge District, where it opened in 2024 in the former High Cotton Brewing space. The brewery takes its name and identity from the Mississippi Flyway migration corridor, a theme that carries through its Memphis location. Its beer program combines Flyway releases with High Cotton beers, preserving a connection to the site’s brewing history while adding small-batch and seasonal offerings. Flyway Memphis also operates as a full-service restaurant, serving scratch-made food including burgers, house-made pretzels, salads, and other dishes intended to pair with beer. Handcrafted cocktails provide an additional option beyond the tap list, while the taproom regularly hosts live entertainment and community gatherings, making it a more expansive experience than a traditional brewery tasting room.
