Yazoo Brewing Company

Yazoo Brewing Company is a Nashville-area brewery founded in 2003 and now based in Madison, just north of the city. Its lineup spans core styles such as pale ale, hefeweizen, amber ale, pilsner, lager, and IPA, alongside the brewery’s more experimental Embrace the Funk program, which has explored sour and wild fermentation, mixed cultures, and oak aging since 2012. The Madison taproom offers substantial indoor and outdoor seating, with dogs permitted on the patio, and visitors can also book brewery tours. Food is available on site through Grillshack, whose menu centers on burgers, fries, wings, tenders, and salads. With more than two decades in Nashville brewing, Yazoo combines a broad beer range with a spacious destination taproom and a long-running focus on both traditional styles and more specialized fermentation projects.
