Red Silo Brewing Co.

Red Silo Brewing Company is a small-batch brewery and taproom in Cookeville’s WestSide, where it opened in 2016 as the city’s first brewery and tasting room. The business grew from a homebrewing partnership between neighbors Mark Van der Bleek and Jim Helton, who began brewing together in 2010. Red Silo brews all of its beer on site and does not use guest taps, giving its tap list a house-made focus with a rotating range of styles. The taproom includes patio seating and regularly pairs its beer program with food trucks, live music, and trivia.
