Blackstone Brewing Co. is a long-running Nashville brewery that traces its roots to the opening of Blackstone Restaurant & Brewery in 1994. After the original brewpub closed, Blackstone shifted its taproom operation to its production brewery, which began brewing in 2011. The facility centers on a 30-barrel German-designed brewhouse, reflecting a larger-scale production focus than many neighborhood taprooms. Blackstone’s beer program includes established styles such as porter, Kölsch, and brown ale alongside seasonal and specialty releases, with several of its beers earning medals at the Great American Beer Festival and World Beer Cup. Visitors can choose from a rotating lineup of beers on tap, and food is served from the brewery’s converted school-bus kitchen.
