Clinch River Brewing

Clinch River Brewing is a craft brewery and brewpub in Norris, located near Norris Dam and the Clinch River. The brewery occupies a former TVA Aquatics Laboratory, giving the property an unusual connection to the area’s history and outdoor landscape. Visitors can choose between indoor taproom space and a beer garden built around a trout pond, making the setting especially well suited to a stop after exploring the surrounding trails, lake, or river. Clinch River brews its own beer on site, while its food program draws heavily from Southern, Cajun, and Creole influences. Menus have featured dishes built around ingredients such as trout, shrimp, grits, and andouille sausage, making food a substantial part of the experience rather than an afterthought.
