Bearded Iris Brewing

Bearded Iris Brewing is a Nashville brewery best known for a hop-focused beer program built around IPAs, double IPAs, and pale ales, with occasional departures into styles such as fruited sours and stouts. Its original Germantown taproom also houses the brewery’s main production facility, giving visitors a direct view of brewing and packaging activity from the drinking space. The taproom sits along the Nashville Greenway and includes patio seating, making it convenient for cyclists and runners as well as neighborhood visitors. Bearded Iris does not operate a kitchen at Germantown, but outside food is welcome and food trucks appear on a rotating basis. The brewery’s approach emphasizes exploring the character of individual hop varieties and carefully selected ingredients rather than simply producing a broad checklist of beer styles.
